Young P​eople and Children's Division

Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church Supports the spiritual growth of its young people!  With the guidance of the Women's Missionary Society, the Young People and Children's Division nurtures and encourages a personal knowledge of Christ and the African Methodist Episcopal Church as well as a willingness to share that knowledge with others.  The YPD experience provides leadership opportunities that follow young people into adulthood.

YPD Pledge:

I pledge my willing and untiring service to all efforts of the Young People's and Children's Division to aid the needy and suffering people, regardless of race, color, or creed.  I further pledge to take the Bible as my guide, to aid my church, and to attend meetings regularly.  In all these taks I seek the Savior's guidance.

YPD Colors:

Forest Green - symbolic of growth and Christian vitality

White - symbolic of purity of life and conversation; light that shineth more and more, and faith.
